CORE SERVICE

INTRODUCTION

We offer a diverse range of regular sports rehabilitation services, including a Darkness Fighter Dragon Boat Team, Fitness Training Classes, Hiking Training Team, Muay Thai Experience Class, Yoga Class, and Swimming Class.

Through sports and professional support, we help visually impaired people of all ages strengthen their bodies, build a positive outlook, and embrace each day with confidence.

DRAGON BOAT TEAM

Dragon boat racing builds upper body, core, endurance and coordination while fostering team spirit through synchronized paddling, creating trust, achievement and joy.

DARKNESS FIGHTHERS

HIKING TEAM

Hiking is an excellent way to connect with nature, improve cardiovascular health, strengthen legs, and relieve urban stress. Volunteer guides use simple leading techniques to safely accompany visually impaired participants.

WITH WD-TEAM

MUAY THAI CLASS

Muay Thai, combines punches, elbows, knees, and kicks for full-body training. It boosts cardiovascular endurance, builds muscle strength and power.

YOGA CLASS

Yoga is more than physical stretching—it's soul healing. It improves flexibility, strengthens the core, and reduces daily stress. Our inclusive sessions create a relaxed space for balance, well-being, and community connection.
